With extensive multimedia and connectivity options developers gain the flexibility to create versatile, high-performance embedded solutions.

MYIR introduces the MYC-LR3576, an advanced System-on-Module (SoM) powered by the Rockchip RK3576 processor. Tailored for AIoT applications, this SoM combines high performance and versatility with a powerful octa-core CPU setup: a quad-core Cortex-A72 and a quad-core Cortex-A53. The integrated 6 TOPS NPU and 3D GPU empower the MYC-LR3576 to handle 4K video encoding and decoding effortlessly. Multimedia interfaces such as HDMI, eDP, DP, MIPI-DSI, and Parallel RGB enable flexible multi-screen displays, while dual Gigabit Ethernet, PCIe 2.1, USB 3.2, and CAN FD expand connectivity for diverse applications in AIoT, edge computing, industrial solutions, and smart mobile devices.

The key specifications include:

  • Power supply: 5V/3A
  • 32Kbit EEPROM
  • Working temperature: 0~70 Celsius (commercial grade)

Measuring only 43mm by 45mm, the SoM is compact yet powerful, featuring 4GB/8GB LPDDR4X, 32GB/64GB eMMC storage, and a 32Kbit EEPROM. The module’s 381-pin LGA package allows extensive peripheral integration. Supporting Debian 12 and Linux 6.1, it provides comprehensive software resources, including kernel and driver source code, along with user manuals to streamline development and accelerate time-to-market.

The Development Board, designed around the MYC-LR3576, offers extensive communication and multimedia features. It includes dual USB 3.0, a USB 2.0 port, dual Gigabit Ethernet, two CAN interfaces, and WiFi/Bluetooth. Display support includes HDMI, Mini DP, and MIPI-DSI, with three MIPI-CSI inputs for versatile video input. The board also supports expansion through the RPI and MiFAN interfaces (GPIO/I2C/UART/SPI/CAN-FD/USB), facilitating customization with modules like MIPI cameras and LCD displays.

The company offers two configurations for the MYC-LR3576—4GB/32GB and 8GB/64GB memory options—ensuring flexibility for different performance needs. With competitive pricing and bulk discounts, the MYC-LR3576 delivers a scalable, cost-effective solution for developers aiming to advance in AIoT and industrial sectors. Customization options are available for specialized applications, making it an ideal choice for innovative embedded solutions.
